How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 3 business days of dispatch. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or at weekends, are processed the next business day.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email sales@bergamaco.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we'll amend or cancel it.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its original condition and packaging. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product — then it's on us.
How do I exchange for another size?
The fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, so you don't lose the size while it's in transit.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of your return arriving and passing inspection. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Can I try shoes on?
Yes — indoors, on a clean surface. Please keep the original box unmarked, as it's part of the product.
Sizing & fit
What sizing do you use?
All sizes on this site are US. Our size guide has full US/EU conversions for women and men.
Do your shoes run true to size?
Yes, as a rule. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up — leather relaxes slightly with wear. Fit notes specific to each style are on the product page.

Products & care
What are your shoes made from?
Predominantly full-grain leather and suede, chosen for how they age. Materials for each style are listed on the product page.
How should I care for leather?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and let the leather rest between wears. Keep away from direct heat and prolonged damp.
How should I care for suede?
Brush gently with a suede brush to lift the nap. Avoid soaking, and treat with a suede protector before first wear.
An item I want is sold out — will it come back?
Sometimes. Email us the style name and we'll let you know if it's due back.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection and we never store your full card details.
